5 Post-processing
Enlarged drying
After the extraction process, the base fabric undergoes a morphological change, shrinking laterally and longitudinally elongated, the directionality of the base fabric performance becomes greater, and the base fabric contains a lot of moisture, which will bring further processing to the base fabric. difficult. The base fabric passes through a drying and spreading machine, and is stretched laterally while being dried at a certain temperature and rate of expansion. The width-expanding dryer is heated by circulating hot air, so that the base fabric is initially heat-fixed and shaped to improve the flatness of the base fabric and the subsequent processing performance.
Oiled hydrophobic treatment
The oiling solution is made up of a certain proportion of softener and water, and the softener also has hydrophobic properties. The base cloth is repeatedly immersed and squeezed in the oil bath in the oiling machine to make the oil fully penetrate into the base cloth. Internally, the softness of the base fabric is improved, and after the base fabric is hydrophobic, it can delay the hydrolysis of the polyurethane inside the base fabric, so that the performance of the fiber is increased, thereby improving the softness and physical properties of the ultra-fine fiber leather product.
Dry shrinkage setting
After the hydrophobic treatment of the oiling machine, the morphological stability is affected, and it contains a lot of water. In the further processing of the base fabric, the morphological changes and moisture have obvious and serious adverse effects on the quality. The base fabric must be dewatered and shaped. Under certain temperature and shrinkage conditions, the base fabric is dried and shrinked by a drying shrink setting machine heated by hot circulating air. The fibers in the base fabric shrink in parallel, increasing the density between the fibers. The shape of the base fabric can be formed stably, and the appearance can be smooth and smooth, thereby improving the physical properties and apparent quality of the base fabric.
Hot pressing ironing
After drying and shrinking the base fabric, the base fabric itself has small unevenness, which affects the processing performance of the base fabric to the final product. The drum dryer is filled with steam and has a certain surface temperature and pressure. The base fabric is subjected to multiple ironing treatments, which greatly improves the smoothness of the base fabric surface and makes it a high-quality intermediate product.
6. Noodle making
The dry PU resin for leather is formulated into a dry PU slurry with a certain concentration and color according to the process requirements, and is evenly coated on the release paper with a certain gap. After drying, the solvent volatilizes to form a PU film with a certain pattern and color . Then use PU adhesive resin to bond the base fabric and PU surface film together. After drying or curing, the release paper and leather products are peeled off to produce a dry pattern leather with a certain pattern and color.
